Commercial terms

These terms govern purchases, wallet top-ups, provider-issued credentials, and related services supplied through Orionis Keys.

The service is operated by HONGKONG HUIYOU HOLDING GROUP LIMITED (Hong Kong company number 2341577; business registration number 65805546), with registered business address at Room 18, 27/F, Ho King Commercial Centre, 2–16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Contact: xingchigj@163.com.

Orders and pricing

You select a provider, model family, official usage value, and transaction currency. The checkout page shows the official reference value, member price, expected saving, currency, and points before you confirm. Exchange rates and member level are locked in the order record when it is created. Provider availability, regional eligibility, and issuance requirements remain subject to verification.

Payment and fulfilment

Card and supported wallet payments are processed by Stripe. Account balance and promotional diamonds may also be applied where available. After payment, Orionis procures the selected credential, verifies the provider-issued details, and delivers it through the authenticated order centre. Delivery time depends on the provider; estimates are not guarantees.

Credentials and acceptable use

Credentials are intended for the purchasing customer and its authorised team. You are responsible for secure storage, access control, usage monitoring, and compliance with provider terms, applicable law, and our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not publish, resell, share outside your authorised team, or use a credential to bypass provider safeguards.

Wallet, diamonds and points

Wallet balances are recorded on a CNY accounting basis. A qualifying top-up awards promotional diamonds at the displayed rate; one diamond represents CN¥1 of order discount and is applied before cash balance. Diamonds and points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be reversed when a related payment or order is refunded. Points are based on the CNY official reference value and determine the displayed VIP level.

Cancellation and refunds

Unpaid orders may be cancelled from the order centre. Paid orders are governed by the Refund and cancellation policy. Provider-issued digital credentials may become non-refundable after procurement or issuance, except where mandatory law applies or the credential is not delivered or materially defective.

Availability and liability

Models, provider policies, prices, and regional availability may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orionis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, provider outages, or customer credential misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may pause fulfilment or account access to investigate fraud, abuse, sanctions, legal obligations, payment disputes, security incidents, or provider requirements. Customers may request account closure from their profile; transaction and compliance records may be retained where required.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available in the customer’s jurisdiction.
