This notice explains how Orionis handles information submitted through the website, account, ordering, payment, and support features.

Information we collect

Authentication provides an account identifier, email address, confirmation status, and optional display name. We store profile details, order selections, price snapshots, status history, wallet entries, points, payment references, encrypted delivery records, support messages, and security or audit records. Stripe processes payment-card details; Orionis does not store complete card numbers.

How we use it

We use information to operate accounts, calculate prices and benefits, process payments, procure and deliver credentials, prevent fraud, secure the service, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and international handling

Information may be processed by providers supporting authentication, payments, hosting, communications, security, and model fulfilment. Data may be handled across borders with safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.

Retention and choices

You may update profile information and submit an account-closure request from your profile. You may also request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to identity verification. Payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, transaction, and compliance records may be retained where required.

Security

Delivered credentials are encrypted at rest and restricted to the authenticated order owner and authorised administrators. No system is completely secure; report suspected compromise promptly and do not send complete API keys by email.
